How resident account data is used

Community Score responses are published only as aggregated statistics. Account details are never shown in public results.

Information collected

We collect your name, email address, postcode, selected resident council and service ratings. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash.

Why it is collected

Account information helps limit duplicate submissions, associate an assessment with one council and allow you to edit or remove it. Postcode and council selection are currently self-declared and do not constitute independent proof of residency.

Published information

Names, email addresses and postcodes are not published. Scores are shown only after the stated minimum number of email-verified account assessments is reached.

Your choices

You can download your account data or permanently delete your account and assessments from the Account page.

Retention and security

Pending verification and recovery tokens expire automatically and are stored as hashes. Operational records may be retained temporarily for security and abuse prevention.
